Full Program Description
Session 1 (2hrs) - Discovering Your Path Forward
In this session, we do a deep dive into various areas of your life that you would like to transform. We will discuss and evaluate areas of your life including but not limited to: career, finance, health, family dynamics, romance, and personal fulfillment. Together we will discover main areas of focus that would be of the greatest benefit to you.
Session 2 (1hr) - Creating a Game Plan
In this session, we create a written guide with actionable steps and clear timing. Using my expertise, we will work SMART, identifying Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant and Time Based goals.
Sessions 3 - 6 (45 mins per session) - Follow Through and Support
In these essential support sessions, I will assist you in breaking through blocks and barriers to your action plan, as well as provide guidance and accountability. Together we will adjust and tweak your game plan as life events unfold and breakthroughs occur. We will problem solve to make sure you have the tools and resources you need (ie: money, time in your day, special counsel, etc.) to make your dreams a reality. I have special techniques to prevent self-sabotage and we will track your success as you create the future you most desire.
