24 Ways to be mindful all day long
Stretch first thing in the morning.
Drink water all day.
Chew your food slowly.
Write down your top three priorities for the day, first thing in the morning.
Listen to music that moves you vs mindless chatter.
Journal to capture your reflections.
Ask yourself, “What’s working right now?”
Put your phone in airplane mode when you’re in meetings.
Practice "transformational listening."
Stretch and move often.
Go out for lunch.
Tell someone how much you appreciate them.
Notice what time frame your mind is in.
Eat fresh, whole foods.
Question your assumptions.
Call an old friend.
Move your body in a mindful way for at least 30 minutes.
Put your phone in a drawer for at least a couple of hours when you get home each evening.
Write a personal note (on paper) to say “Thanks!” or “I love you” (or both!)
Take time each to day to reflect on why you’re here.
Get a good night’s sleep.
